"I got my business liability insurance from Ben Tran, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! Ben Tran & his team are on top of it! I usually work directly with Caroline, and she has been an absolute pleasure to work with! She is super friendly, easy to work with, and is always looking out for my best interest. Whenever I need a COI (Certificate of Insurance) for a venue that I am operating my business at, she gets it done and gets it over to me usually within 24 to 48 hours. I've worked with other insurance agents, and I can tell that sometimes they don't like getting these COI Requests from me, and don't enjoy furnishing these COIs. Sometimes I have to bug them and remind them to help me furnish the COI, which can sometimes take days or even a week. But with Caroline, she's so easy to work with--she takes care of it happily for me, with a smile--she gets it done!
